Flower Subscription Packages
Hand-Tied Bouquet Subscriptions include the following:
• Designer’s Choice hand-tied bouquet delivered once or twice a month for 3 / 6 / 12 months
•First Delivery (6 / 12 month subscription) a tall contemporary vase (the perfect size for your bouquets)
• First Delivery: a pair of clippers to recut the stems
• Email reminder each month that your flowers are on the way
FAQs:
Can the recipient change the delivery address or date themselves? Yes, just have them call or email us to make the change.
Where do you deliver? Throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
When will the flowers be delivered? If it’s a gift you’d like to start on their special day, we can do that! After that, the first Friday of every month for once each month subscriptions. The first and third Friday each month for twice a month subscriptions. But note that the rest of the deliveries will be on Friday’s.
Note: If the delivery date falls on a major holiday or long weekend, the flowers will be delivered the following Friday.
How long will the flowers last? Most of our flowers are locally grown so they are very fresh! We like to include some delicate blooms along with more hardy bloom, so the bouquet lifespan will range from 5-10 days (sometimes longer!).

Will the flowers look the same each month? Not at all! We select the best of what each season has to offer. The subscriptions are “Designer’s Choice” but please let us know of any colour likes and dislikes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Where will the flowers be left if the recipient is not home? If you live in a house and no one is home, we can leave the flowers on the porch or with a neighbour, just let us know who. In the winter when temperatures drop below zero the flowers can’t be left outside or they will freeze (and may die).
What if I am going on holiday? Not to worry! Just email us and we will delay your delivery (or skip the month if you prefer). We just need at least 48 hours notice in order to change or postpone any subscription deliveries.
What are the clippers for? Fresh flowers need to have their stems recut and water changed every few days. It helps them drink and therefore last longer. Some of the hardier blooms can last 10+ days when properly cared for.
We’ve made it easier for you to recut the stems by including a complimentary pair of flower clippers (with each 6 month and 12 month subscription).
Do I have to pre-pay? No. You can sign up with the subscription app if you prefer to pay monthly.
Am I able to cancel my subscription? We don’t offer refunds or cancellations for subscriptions. If something goes wrong, we will be there to help make it right.

Remove any leaves below the water line. This will prevent bacteria growth in the water.
Fill a clean vase with tepid water.
Trim the stems on an angle with a sharp paring knife or flower clippers.
Change the water every 2 to 3 days. Clean the vase and trim the stems again.
Remove any expired flowers. This will prevent any bacteria from aging the the rest of the blooms.
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight, heat, drafts and fruit. Ripening fruit releases ethylene gas which can reduce the longevity of your blooms.
Cool temperatures will also help your flowers last longer.
After handling your flowers, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly.
Do not touch your eyes, face or mouth or handle food/beverage before washing hands. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended that you wear gloves when handling flowers.
Note: Keep flowers away from children and pets as they can be toxic.
