Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: So many! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and PayPal.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to postal codes that begin with M and L throughout the GTA. You can check out our delivery map here

Q: When will the flowers be delivered?

A: Orders are generally delivered between 12pm-7pm. We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 5pm. Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require a specific delivery time, please get in touch by phone or email ( or 647-345-3376) a minimum of 24 hrs ahead of your scheduled delivery as we will need to arrange a special courier for you. An additional fee will apply.


NOTE: Please make sure to complete the order form! Choose the delivery date and include the recipient’s full name, delivery street address (if it’s a business, add the business name), contact phone number and a card message. These details are important and required in order to fulfill the delivery!  

Q: Can I place an order for pick up?

A: Yes! You can place your order on our website and select “Store Pick Up”. You are welcome to call or email us if you don’t see exactly what you had in mind on the website. You will need to let us know what day and time you will be picking up.

Q: Where will the flowers be left if the recipient is not home?

A: If the recipient lives in a house and no one is home, we will leave the flowers at the front door pending there is a covered porch and the weather is appropriate (we do not leave anything if the temperature is below 0 degrees or above 27 degrees).

We can also leave the delivery with the concierge, receptionist, etc. We will notify the recipient via text message so be sure to include their mobile number!

If it’s not safe to leave the delivery outside, we will contact the recipient. An additional charge will apply for an alternative address or delivery reattempt.

Q: How long will the flowers last?

A: We use the freshest flowers available (and most are locally grown!). Some will last longer than others because we use a combination of delicate along with more hardy flowers. The lifespan of the bouquet will range from 5-10 days. You can find the care instructions here.

Q: Do you deliver to hospitals/nursing homes/funeral homes/hotels?

A: Yes! Just be sure to indicate the room number and wing info during checkout - the more info the better!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on flowers and plants as they are a perishable product. We can offer an exchange or credit note on hard goods that are in the original condition when purchased and are in the original packaging (if applicable), and with the receipt.

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

A: Flowers and plants are perishable and so if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery so we can do our best to resolve the problem. Photos of damaged products are required and must be emailed to
