Q: When will the flowers be delivered?
A: Orders are generally delivered between 12pm-7pm. We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 5pm. Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require a specific delivery time, please get in touch by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org or 647-345-3376) a minimum of 24 hrs ahead of your scheduled delivery as we will need to arrange a special courier for you. Q: Can I place an order for pick up?
A: Yes! You can place your order on our website and select “Store Pick Up”. You are welcome to call or email us if you don’t see exactly what you had in mind on the website. You will need to let us know what day and time you will be picking up.
Q: Where will the flowers be left if the recipient is not home?
A: If the recipient lives in a house and no one is home, we will leave the flowers at the front door pending there is a covered porch and the weather is appropriate (we do not leave anything if the temperature is below 0 degrees or above 27 degrees).
We can also leave the delivery with the concierge, receptionist, etc. We will notify the recipient via text message so be sure to include their mobile number!
If it’s not safe to leave the delivery outside, we will contact the recipient. An additional charge will apply for an alternative address or delivery reattempt.

Q: How long will the flowers last?
