DELIVERY AND PICK UP:
Valentine's Day deliveries and pick up will be available February 12 -14. Delivery orders must be placed ONLINE by February 12 at midnight.
*Delivery times will be between 9am-7pm (for a residence address) and 9am -5pm (for a business address). If the address is a business, please include the name of the business and a contact number for the recipient.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as we are working with high volumes of orders, cold winter temperatures and road traffic.
* A phone number for the recipient must be provided when placing your order. This is used if we are unable to get an answer at the door.
Please leave all wrapping supplied by FERN on and covering the flowers while outside during the winter months.
Please do not leave flowers outside or in a vehicle for a long duration of time (or at all if possible).
